The property includes 2 private beaches, an infinity-edge heated pool with swim-up bar, and a private boat launch ramp. The Nautical Watersports Center provides paddleboard, pontoon boat, jet ski rentals. The Convention Center spans 5,600 square feet of indoor space divisible into 4 rooms, plus 5,600 square feet of patio space. Resort established in 1964, features two of Lake Havasu's 27 navigational lighthouse replicas on grounds.
